During the conference, the organizers will talk about the idea of the event, present its participants and an event program that will be held both in Riga and in Jurmala. Within the GWD on June 10, various interactive events such as yoga classes, TRX, aerobics, bodyart, massages, spa procedures, master classes, children's creative workshops and many other entertaining and educational programs will be organized for children and adults at the main location in Kemeri as well as at other places of many organizations in Jurmala and Riga.
This year, GWD in Latvia is also supported by Park Hotel Kemeri. A concept of the future five-star hotel, which is going to open its doors in 2018, is based on the philosophy of wellness, development and recovery harmony not only on the physical, but also on the mental and emotional levels. The mail goal of the Park Hotel Kemeri wellness programs is to help its guest achieve their natural balance and true beauty.
And of course, the motto of GWD never changes: One day can change your whole life!
In addition, a special attention this year will be paid to such concepts as kindness, gratitude and "mindfulness" practice.
